Tel-bureau is the authorised trading name of Tel-bureau Limited (registered number 4807563).
By using Tel-bureau you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Changes made to these Terms & Conditions are posted on our website http://www.tel-bureau.co.uk/support and also notified to you by our Customer Support Team.

Your agreement with Tel-bureau shall only be effective from the date that you receive acceptance and registration from Tel-bureau, and continues in force until all monies due are fully paid. You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving Tel-bureau written notice, but you agree you are responsible for all charges incurred up until the date of termination and disconnection.

Tel-bureau will bill you for services in accordance with relevant terms, tariffs, rules and charges, applying at the time the services are used. Tel-bureau may select and at any time, change any carrier or other service provider. You authorise Tel-bureau to give all notices, nominations and other authorisations necessary for Tel-bureau to provide services to you.

Tel-bureau agree that all information provided by you is solely for the purpose of providing a service to you. This sometimes involves a third party e.g. credit reference agencies and network suppliers. You agree that Tel-bureau can disclose information it holds to these other companies if it is relevant to the provision of a telecom service to you. You are welcome to review and update this information if you wish.

You agree that Tel-bureau will not be liable to you or any person claiming through you for any loss of data, income, profit, revenue, business contracts or any consequential, indirect or economic loss whatsoever, whether caused by Tel-bureau or its agents. Tel-bureau reserve the right to alter your credit terms at our discretion.

Tel-bureau shall not be liable to you if it is prevented, hindered or delayed from providing the services by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control including the act or default of any third party on whom Tel-bureau is reliant to provide the services.

While Tel-bureau will endeavour to provide services of a reasonable quality, Tel-bureau does not warrant the quality of service. Tel-bureau does not provide a maintenance service. Tel-bureau will endeavour to connect you to our service within the suggested timeframe but does not warrant that connection will be made within this timeframe.

You agree that Tel-bureau records are conclusive evidence of your use of the services and the charges payable. In particular, you accept that any supply of service to any person making telephone calls from the numbers nominated by you is deemed to be authorised by you and that you must pay any charges arising out of that use. You agree to pay any bill by its due date. Prior notice will be given no less than 48 hours before disconnection occurs. In the event that Tel-bureau suspends any part of its service to you, they shall not be liable for any incidental services on which you may rely.

If Tel-bureau arrange for you to enter into a contract with a mobile network, you agree to conform to this contract and not make any changes to this contract without the express consent of Tel-bureau.

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Tel-bureau excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected. The laws of England and Wales apply to this contract. Any notice under this contract may be given to you by post, personal service, or e-mail address you have given us to correspond with you. You must give notices to us by post to the addrsss below
